Chelsea, Massachusetts — Golden Cannoli Shells Co., Inc., a leading manufacturer of premium cannoli shells and authentic Italian-inspired dessert products, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Sandrock as Fractional Controller - Finance Transformation.
David joins Golden Cannoli during an exciting period of strategic growth, organizational improvement, and operational transformation. As the company continues investing in top talent, manufacturing modernization and automation, and best-in-class financial reporting, David will help strengthen financial reporting and analysis, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow optimization, and EBITDA performance.

David earned a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and an MS in Accounting from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. He also earned his CPA in the state of Massachusetts and has more than a decade of experience in technical accounting and controllership. His experience includes serving as Controller at Signifier Medical Technologies, Assistant Controller at Conventus Orthopedics, and prior advisory and assurance roles with PwC.
