Cannoli shells rolled: 35,000,000 – that's a cannolo every second for more than 400 days!

Pounds of ricotta used: 1.75 million pounds of raw material - That’s the same weight as 1,250 full-size cows—if they were made entirely of ricotta!

Sweet Moments of 2025

Cannoli isn't the only sweet thing on our minds these days. Over the last year, we've seen incredible growth and new opportunities. We've launched some exceptional products, like our 8-ounce bakery dip flavors that have become a must-have for just about any occasion. And, we cannot overlook the 4-ounce churro chips. Who could have known that churros would pair so well with cannoli?

We're also proud of how well our Chip & Deli Dessert Dippers have been received. These types of products aim to put all that is incredibly valuable and meaningful to us and other Italian families in the hands of busy people. Hand-rolled cannoli shells are no longer something that's going to take hours to create or require a trip to the local bakery.

We're expanding into new markets, and with features like our bilingual packaging in Canada, we're making it easier for others to really get to know our brand and culture.

We cannot forget to mention our Cannoli Tart Shells and Cannoli Cream Pie. Is there really anything better for a dessert?

Our Partnerships

Being grateful means giving back, and Golden Cannoli has done so in many ways. There are often those meaningful moments in our communities where we can smile and offer a sweet treat.
